Queen’s International Sporting Tour 2024
On the 7th – 17th June 50 students and 15 support staff and coaches travelled to the East Coast of America for the Queens GAA International Sporting Tour. The tour was a highlight of the University’s Sigerson 100 celebrations, which also coincided with the 30-year anniversary of the founding of the women's Gaelic Football team. The tour also served as a key initiative in growing our global partnerships and developing opportunities for academic collaboration, alumni and civic engagement for Queen’s Sport and beyond.
